Voter Registration Analysis

The following figures will be used by the Whig Party to determine strategy for the next election.

 

Figure 1.  Percentage of Registered Voters

Voter Registration

This map shows the percentage of registered voters with the darkest area representing the highest registration percentage.  The lightest colored areas near the center of the City have the lowest percentage of registered voters.  These areas also have fairly high populations and would be a good area to try to register new voters.

This map has pie charts representing the breakdown of voters by party in each area. There does not seem to be a geographic pattern of party support.

 

Figure 3.  Hispanic Registration

This map shows the percentage of registered Hispanic voters with the darkest areas representing higher percentages of registration.  The numbers overlaid onto the areas represents the number of registered Hispanic voters.  Spanish language flyers should be distributed in the central districts of the City since they have the most Hispanic voters.
